And your emotions are not you. Emotions are just things that you experience. So, emotions are just things you experience. Sometimes they feel good, sometimes they run riot. One thing you can be sure of is that with these releasing techniques, you can learn to let go and turn these bad emotions off. Through the process of the art of letting go and releasing.

Now, releasing is all about learning the art of letting go of your negative emotions. When you learn to let go of your negative emotions, you will almost instantly feel your energy get lighter and the stress will just wash away in no time at all.

You will live your life with greater joy and freedom and be able to live freely without the world crashing down on you. Releasing is always a great idea. Understand that you can just relax your physical state of stress and allow that negative emotion to just wash off of you like water flowing downstream.

Think of something right now that you know is a concern for you. Or, you could just take a general problem or something you are worried about. For now, just pick an easy issue problem just to learn and understand the process of releasing. Think of that thing, and notice the resistance that builds up in your stomach.

Use whatever wording that works for you. This is just one way of saying: Can I let go of the emotional hold I have about this issue right now? Can I really let go and move into a space of forgiveness and peace? Can I stop resisting and open up to my higher purpose? All you have to do is trust the process. Listen to your heart and notice your feelings when you are done. While exhaling, feel the release happening. Feel yourself unclenching that grip.

Feel yourself just letting go of that emotion. Notice the difference?
